In an effort to keep orthodontic fees down while maintaining the highest level of professional care possible, we have established the following as our financial policy. Fees may be paid as follows:
- If full payment is made at the start of treatment, we will offer a discount.
- A financial arrangement can be made to extend your payment over a period of months following an appropriate down payment. This arrangement is not related to the length of treatment.
- For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
- We are pleased to offer Orthodontists Fee Plan. This is a financial arrangement through an outside lender.
The orthodontic fee covers professional services provided by our office only. Fees do not include recommended services performed by your dentist or other specialists.
Insurance
If you have orthodontic insurance, we can help you determine the coverage you have available. We ask that you assign your insurance benefits to us. The balance will be arranged for you to pay as listed above. |
